For the Long Term - You’re trying to build a long-term routine or habit or complete a long-term project and you need a reliable partner for the journey. This subscription will continue until you feel your goal has been achieved. We’ll start with a 60 minute call to talk through what you’re trying to accomplish and how you’d like to get there. Renew as desired, cancel at anytime.

How we’ll set you up to succeed:

  1. Get clear on exactly what you want to accomplish

  2. Decide when and how your check-ins will work

  3. Identify your rewards, consequences, celebration, and whatever else you think will motivate you to succeed

  4. Go!

Bi-weekly check-ins will be in the form of text messages with required responses. You decide when (day and time) they’ll happen every other week and what, if any, rewards and/or consequences you’ll have for responding/not responding and meeting/not meeting your goal for that check-in. However you choose to structure your check-ins, we’ll be there rooting you on and helping you learn from your own progress.

Structure sample, based on 26 weeks:

Week 1: Set-up call, email confirmation, and text check-in

Week 3: Text check-in

Week 5: Text check-in

Week 7: Text check-in

Week 9: Text check-in

Week 11: Text check-in

Week 12: Quarterly wrap-up with results review

Week 26: Second set-up call to pivot, revise, or continue the same structure, rewards, timing of check-ins, etc.

How we’ll help you along the way:

  • Send you a quarterly report of the obstacles and reasons that slowed you down

  • Repeat the 1-hour set-up call after the 6th month so we can keep our work together tailored to your goal

  • Optional monthly 30-minute call anytime during the first three months in case we’d need to course-correct, just tell us if you’d like to use it

Now, Quick! - Urgent projects need quick and efficient action. This option includes 8 check-ins for 4 weeks.

By the Quarter - Your project needs to be done soon, but you also have time. This option includes weekly check-ins for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
